Unusual variant on the crescent theme, similar to, but not the same as, 3863. Not sure if it was intended to be a forked crescent or if it is an unfortunate juxtaposition of a ornamented hanger with a plain crescent.

Aftermarket, stamped brass that has had pot removed and replaced with washers etc

Stamped 'Wide Hanger', 7 'V's and central hole.
