Interesting brass, a 'pot' has been added to a "diamond in a ring of diamonds" stamped brass. Was this a one off by a creative owner or a factory produced hybrid? are there more like it out there? The keep plate is very well made, possibly stamped, and does not appear as tarnished as the rest of the brass, but that may be due to it being a different alloy. The pot is possibly not ceramic but some sort of plastic/resin (Bakelite?)
